Jan
Crow is the Manager and the primary Closer of Tri-County Title, LLC. She started her real estate career in 1980
when she was licensed as a Realtor. Since
that time, Jan has also originated mortgage
loans, been an
apprentice appraiser, and taught real estate and mortgage lending
related
courses at the college level. She came
to Tri-County Title, LLC, in 1980, when it was the real estate closing
office
of George S. Lemon, Jr. The office
became Tri-County Title, LLC, in 2006.

Peggy
Andrews is the Closing Coordinator for Tri-County Title, LLC. Her responsibilities include setting up of
real estate files, scheduling the closing of the transaction and
everything in
between. Peggy’s big smile will be the
first thing you see when you come to the office.

Linda
Lockey is the Policy Coordinator of Tri-County Title, LLC.
She began in the legal and real estate field
in 1960, and has worked with George S. Lemon, Jr. and Tri-County Title
since
July, 1979. Her wealth of knowledge
makes her an invaluable asset to the Tri-County Title team. |
